This Privacy Policy explains what information Prism Media collects from you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are committed to keeping your data safe and using it only for the purposes you would expect from an out-of-home (OOH) advertising platform.
1. Who we are
Prism Media is the OOH advertising platform operated by SASTA LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 111 Demarest Road, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean SASTA LLC d/b/a Prism Media. You can reach us at support@prism.sasta.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, business name, email, phone number, and (where you provide it) job title, when you submit a contact form, request a callback, or reply to one of our outreach messages.
- Campaign details — the brand, location, dates, and budget you discuss with us, plus any creative assets you share for billboard placement.
- Communications content — the body of emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and call transcripts when you communicate with us, used to respond to you and improve our service.
- Consent records — when you opt in to SMS or phone outreach, we record the time, IP address, user agent, channel of consent, and the form submission itself, for legal compliance.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages you visit on prism.sasta.ai, the time of your visit, your referring URL, and basic device information (browser, operating system).
- Cookies and similar technologies — strictly necessary cookies for session and security only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing.
Information from third parties
- Brand enrichment — publicly available company data (logo, website, headquarters, industry) sourced from services such as Brandfetch, used to render personalized billboard mock-ups.
- Telephony providers — call status, message delivery receipts, and recording metadata from Twilio and ElevenLabs when you call us or we call you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and run the proposal-and-booking workflow you initiated.
- To send messages you have consented to receive (see Section 5).
- To verify proof-of-install on the billboards you book and provide you with a tamper-proof certificate.
- To bill you for services and process refunds.
- To detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
- To improve our platform — aggregated and de-identified analytics only.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under written contract (e.g. our SMS provider Twilio, email provider Resend, voice provider ElevenLabs, cloud hosting Hostinger). They may process your information only to deliver the service we asked them to perform.
- Pearl Media and OOH partner operators — only the campaign details you booked with us, as needed to install your creative on the contracted unit.
- Law enforcement and regulators when we are legally required to disclose, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prism Media, our users, or the public.
SMS opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for any purpose, including marketing. This is a strict commitment under CTIA carrier guidelines and we honor it without exception.
5. SMS, calls, and email — your consent and how to opt out
You will only receive messages, SMS, or phone calls from Prism Media if you have consented through one of the mechanisms below:
- Submitted our website contact form with the SMS-consent checkbox checked.
- Replied to one of our emails or WhatsApp messages with an affirmative keyword (CALL, YES, INFO).
- Tapped a "Request callback" button on a personalized landing page after reading the consent notice.
You can opt out at any time:
- SMS: reply STOP to any message we send. We will immediately stop messaging you and send a single confirmation. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or write to support@prism.sasta.ai.
- Phone: say "remove me" or "do not call" on any call. Our agent will immediately add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list and end the call.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Message frequency varies based on your engagement; typically no more than three messages over seven days for cold outreach.
6. How we keep your information secure
All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords and tokens are stored hashed. Access to production systems is limited to the operator and is logged. We do not store payment card data — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant billing partner.
7. How long we keep it
We retain contact and outreach data for as long as you are a customer or prospect, or until you ask us to delete it (whichever is shorter). Consent log entries are retained for at least four years to satisfy carrier and regulator requirements. Aggregated and de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may write to support@prism.sasta.ai to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your information (we will keep only what we are legally required to retain).
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object to a specific use of your data.
We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or any other jurisdiction with consumer-privacy rights, the protections under those laws apply to you in addition to the rights above.
9. Children
Prism Media is a B2B service intended for advertisers and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
