These Terms govern your use of the Prism Media platform at prism.sasta.ai and any services we provide to you, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising bookings, proof-of-install verification, SMS, voice, and email communications. By using our services or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms.
Prism Media is operated by SASTA LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 111 Demarest Road, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean SASTA LLC. References to "you" mean the individual or business using our services or receiving messages from us.
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and authorized to bind any business you represent in order to use our services. Prism Media is a business-to-business service.
We sell digital out-of-home advertising on owned bulletins (New Jersey) and on partner-operator inventory across the United States, including Pearl Media. We provide a marketplace, a personalized proposal generator, a creative-preview studio, a proof-of-install verification system, and AI-assisted outreach.
You represent that any creative you submit is owned by you or licensed for OOH display. You may not use Prism Media to display content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, promotes hate, infringes intellectual property, or that we determine in good faith would damage the reputation of the property owner.
Prism Media Outreach — an SMS program operated by SASTA LLC. The program sends marketing follow-up, customer-service, and proof-of-install messages to recipients who have opted in.
You can opt in to the SMS program by:
Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Typical cold outreach is no more than three (3) messages over seven (7) days. Customer-service replies are sent only when you have an open inquiry with us. Proof-of-install confirmations are sent once per campaign installation.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages depending on your plan. Prism Media does not charge you for sending or receiving messages.
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and stop sending you messages. You may also use the keywords CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are honored equivalently.
Reply HELP to any of our messages and we will respond with our contact information and program details. You may also email support@prism.sasta.ai or call +1 (973) 868-3131 for support.
Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information you share with the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for any purpose, including marketing.
Prism Media and its proof-of-install hash-chain technology, the studio renderer, the marketplace UI, and the agent stack are proprietary to SASTA LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell them. You retain ownership of creative you upload and grant us a limited license to display it on the units you booked.
The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prism Media, SASTA LLC, and its affiliates against any claim arising from your creative, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
